Delivery & Returns


Items will be posted within 3 working days via Royal Mail Second Class.

Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, however, as every item is handmade, levels are subject to some fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.

Delivery within the UK is free for all orders.

If you need an item by a particular date then please add a note of this to your order and we can advise if it will be possible.

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.


We hope that you are over the moon with your purchase, however we understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely satisfied please notify us as soon as possible upon receipt directly through the website or by emailing [email protected] . You will need to return your order in an unused condition, packaging intact, cards and tags must not be written on, and we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected.

We can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.

We aim to refund you as quickly as possible when an item is returned to us. Most refunds are processed within 7-14 days of return. Depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 1-5 days for the payment to clear.

All refunds are processed using the same payment method used on the original transaction

This returns policy is in addition to and not instead of your statutory rights.

Personalised products:

Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer refunds if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind. If you have made an error we cannot re-work the item or re-use it and therefore cannot offer a refund or credit.
